Your tasks

• The acute wards ICM A+B provide evidence-based, severity-graded and individualised care and treatment for patients with acute psychiatric disorders. The professional focus of the ward is the multiprofessional, emergency psychiatric care of patients with affective disorders and anxiety disorders
• You are part of the night watch team, which supports patients in sleep, safety and calm to cope with their illness
• You care for seriously ill people in complex, often very acute care situations
• You contribute to comprehensive, person-centred care and to maintaining our high quality standards
• Your special focus is on safety as well as reducing symptom burden during night admissions
• You support patients especially in strengthening sleep hygiene and developing resilience and self-efficacy
• You actively help to implement and further develop a modern ward concept

Your profile

• You are a Certified Nurse Specialist HF/FH (or hold a diploma recognised in Switzerland)
• You work with commitment, a touch of passion and interest in psychiatry
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
• You may also apply with training in the somatic field
