Your main responsibilities:
- Dismantle and analyse spindles to be overhauled (mechanical spindles, electro-spindles, and high-frequency spindles)
- Diagnose the condition of components and define overhaul requirements
- Assemble new products and reassemble overhauled spindles according to current technical standards
- Balance and run-in spindles during product validation phases
- Perform dynamic measurements and validate spindle performance before and after overhaul
- Write measurement reports and technical documentation
- Ensure the quality and compliance of work carried out, based on protocols


What we are looking for:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Polymechanic / Micromechanic
- Experience in precision assembly (an advantage)
- Analytical skills, strong team spirit, rigorous and autonomous
- Perform spindle grinding work, manufacture or rework small series / prototype parts
