Overall responsibility for finance, asset accounting and cost accounting
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
Leadership and continuous development of management reporting
Participation in budgeting and forecasting as well as plausibility checks of planning bases
Contact person for audit firms, banks, authorities and other external partners
Optimisation of financial processes, internal controls and administrative procedures
Responsibility for personnel administration and payroll processing
Ensuring and further developing HR processes as well as preparing HR reports for management
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with business management further education
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally within an industrial or production SME
Practical experience in financial accounting, cost accounting and financial statement preparation
Knowledge of payroll and personnel administration
Strong numerical and IT affinity as well as pronounced analytical skills
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
Assertiveness, discretion and high social competence
Fluent German and good English skills
