Your tasks

• Independent management of the accounting for several establishments (general ledger and debtors)
• Preparation of monthly accounting closures according to CO and Swiss GAAP FER including reconciliations
• Analysis and plausibility of monthly closures
• Management and monitoring of debtors (reminders and collections)
• Primary contact, including advice and support for establishment directors

Your profile

• You hold the federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification
• You have several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the service sector, audit or fiduciary.
• You have the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-changing environment.
• You have an eye for detail, with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• You are proficient in IT tools (Excel, knowledge of SAP ERP FI)
• Native French speaker with very good knowledge of English, German (an advantage)
