Project Manager Building Construction Projects (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you take overall responsibility for complex new build and refurbishment projects in building construction and lead them from the preliminary project to successful handover. You coordinate, lead, and motivate a wide range of project participants and ensure that all project goals regarding quality, deadlines, and costs are achieved. You always keep an overview of planning and realisation and make well-founded decisions based on your experience. You are responsible for the structured management of all project phases and ensure clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders. With your commitment and professionalism, you significantly shape the successful implementation of demanding construction projects.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage construction projects from the planning phase to handover
You coordinate all project participants and ensure smooth processes
You are the central contact person for the client and moderate project meetings
You are responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality as well as the tendering processes
You lead your project team, develop employees further, and acquire new projects
Qualifications:
You have a technical construction education (e.g. architecture, civil engineering) or a comparable further qualification
You bring several years of experience in construction or project management in building construction
You ideally know the Swiss construction practice and have experience with larger projects
You have initial experience in team leadership and convince through
You have very good German language skills, additional languages are a plus
