Your Tasks and Perspectives

Comprehensive care and nursing of patients in the clinics for surgery (general, visceral, endocrine, transplantation, vascular surgery and thoracic surgery) on ward 03.06
Responsibility for implementing competent care and nursing considering modern nursing and treatment concepts as well as nursing standards
Support of nursing professionals in demanding care situations and in the implementation of overarching concepts and standards on the ward
Active participation in collaboration within the MBF triangle (Management - Education - Professional Development)
Transfer of expertise and experience as well as authority in nursing matters within the area of responsibility
Responsible for quality work on the ward and participation in the surgery quality group with monthly meetings

Training as a qualified nurse FH/HF with at least 1 year of professional experience
Personal motivation and enthusiasm to further develop patient-oriented competent nursing on the ward
High social competence and commitment to constructive and appreciative collaboration, strong communication skills
Quick comprehension, networked thinking and sense of responsibility
