What is my role?

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who thinks strategically and implements operationally. In this role, you actively shape the personnel strategy:

• You advise managers on complex personnel decisions and organisational challenges. Competently, on equal footing, and with a clear view for practical solutions

• You understand the business of your area of responsibility in depth, anticipate personnel developments, and develop HR strategies that create real added value

• In transformations and reorganisations, you take on the conception and support. You ensure that changes are not only decided but also lived

• You work data-driven: you systematically analyse HR key figures and derive well-founded recommendations for action for decision-makers

• As a sparring partner for top management, you actively contribute to strategic decisions

• You drive HR projects forward and help shape the personnel work of the future

What do I need to be successful?

• You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a strategic role

• Your completed studies in business administration, psychology, HR management, or a comparable qualification form your basis

• Change processes are your terrain. You have already successfully accompanied transformations.

• You think entrepreneurially and translate business goals into effective HR measures

• You are confident in strategic HR management, organisational development, and workforce planning

• You meet managers and top management on equal footing and convince through your consulting competence

• Initiative, analytical thinking, and pragmatic action characterise you

• You bring leadership experience and know how to develop people and manage teams
