ZurichYour Tasks
- You take over the operational and organisational management in the BBJE Fully Supported Living offer for young adults. The Ettenfeld location will open at the beginning of 2027 and includes several residential groups with 16 to 22 residents each.
- You support the development of a team of around 7 employees both in terms of personnel and professionally. You are responsible for duty planning.
- You support the employees in their professional and personal development.
- You ensure the socio-pedagogical support and care of clients including support planning.
- You take on socio-pedagogical tasks and support the team in challenging situations.
- You maintain internal and external interfaces and work in department-internal as well as cross-departmental projects and specialist groups.
Your Profile
- Education at FH Bachelor level in Social Work, Social Pedagogy or comparable qualification
- Leadership training (at least CAS) or willingness to complete it, as well as leadership experience in the social sector
- Confident German at C1 level and very good MS Office skills
- Independent, responsible working style, high team orientation, flexibility and resilience.
- High resilience and assertiveness, especially in demanding and challenging situations
- Enjoyment of direct contact with people, high social competence as well as cross-cultural understanding in dealing with different cultures and stakeholder groups

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 115,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
