You want to apply your professional expertise in a varied environment and appreciate working independently? For a Spitex service, we are looking for a committed Health Specialist EFZ or Qualified Nurse HF/FH for the month of July 2026 to provide temporary support to the team.
Your Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of clients in their home environment
- Implementation of medical-technical and nursing measures according to the care plan
- Observation, assessment and documentation of the health status
- Support and advice for relatives
- Interprofessional collaboration with doctors, therapists and other specialist agencies
- Independent route planning and electronic service recording
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Qualified Nurse HF/FH
- Professional experience in long-term care, acute care or Spitex is an advantage
- Independent, responsible and reliable working style
- Enjoyment in contact with people and working in the home environment
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
