Internship in Human Resources in Biel (m/f/d)
Job Description
You are the first face of the branch, welcoming and supporting job seekers, temporary employees and our customers at reception and on the phone. You also create profiles and candidate dossiers for our HR consultants so that they can focus more on their customers. In addition, you are jointly responsible for the infrastructure, organisation and administration of the entire branch.This includes, among other things, the following main tasks:
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing and archiving
- Operation of the telephone switchboard and reception
- Recording and digitising candidate dossiers
- Personnel administration (permit matters, withholding tax administration, report recording, sickness and accident management)
- Contacts with offices, authorities and insurance companies
- Management of office and promotional materials
We expect
You have completed training and are approximately 20 to 25 years old. In addition, you grew up in the region and have good knowledge of the French language. You think ahead and work responsibly and precisely.
