What is my role?

• Independent management and coordination of sanitary projects from planning to acceptance

• Professional planning and calculation of sanitary systems for new build and renovation projects

• Leadership and coordination of assembly and installation teams in the sanitary sector

• Monitoring timely and high-quality project execution

• Responsibility for adherence to budget, deadlines, and quality standards

• Independent coordination of workflows and close collaboration with other trades

• Competent customer advice and support throughout the entire project duration

• Preparation of measurements, quotations, and technical documentation

• Ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a sanitary installer EFZ with a federal certificate of competence

• Further training as a sanitary planner, project manager, or comparable qualification is an advantage

• Several years of professional experience in sanitary installation as well as initial experience in project management

• Sound knowledge in calculation, planning, and execution of sanitary projects

• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a strong quality awareness

• High sense of responsibility and pronounced leadership skills

• Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as strong communication skills

• Enjoyment of teamwork and coordination with other trades

• Confident handling of common planning and calculation software

• Driving licence category B for travel to various projects

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form for customer communication and documentation
