Manager medical projects (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Management and coordination of projects (including time and budget control) in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Identification of trends, optimisation potentials and strategic fields of action
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and medical requirements as well as initiating corresponding measures and projects
• Analysis, interpretation and clear preparation of medical data to support well-founded decisions
• Preparation of concise reports, presentations and publications as well as support of the Medical Directorate in strategic issues

Profile

• Completed medical studies
• Strong analytical skills and experience in handling data (e.g. statistics, quality assurance)
• Experience with complex projects and knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Ability to prepare and present medical content in an understandable way
• Structured working method, high communication and team skills as well as interest in strategic topics
