Role:
In this versatile role, you ensure the availability and operational safety of mechanical operating equipment. You analyse and resolve faults, carry out maintenance and installation work, and ensure reliable plant and building operation together with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Independent fault rectification on mechanical operating and production equipment
Ensuring 24-hour readiness in the mechanical area including on-call duty
Installation, commissioning, and inspection of new systems
Carrying out regular maintenance, inspection, and repair work
Analysis of technical faults and sustainable implementation of appropriate repair measures
Performing maintenance work on the building infrastructure in cooperation with external service providers
Assisting with work in metal processing as well as minor adjustments and repairs
Working with technical machines and tools
Compliance with and implementation of safety, quality, and operational regulations
Documentation of completed work and use of common PC applications
Qualifications:
Completed technical training, for example as a mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or comparable
Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance
Solid knowledge of mechanics and reading technical drawings
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage
Experience in metal processing and handling technical machines
Responsible, reliable, and independent working style
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work two-shift operation and on-call duty
Good PC user skills
