You will work in a global competence center and mainly lead interdisciplinary development projects for clamps & rings, taking full responsibility for the project. Your focus is to lead these projects interdisciplinarily and internationally and to bring them to success within the Oetiker Group. You are the key contact for the technical project managers and report to the project owner.
Job Description
- Overall project management in product and process development (from idea to series maturity)
- Leading and planning cross-functional project teams including stakeholder management
- Preparing, leading, and documenting project meetings
- Creating and updating project controlling and reporting
- Maintaining requirements management
- Managing project risks and proactively dealing with potential project challenges
The projects are global and highly interdisciplinary. This requires an interest in intercultural teamwork and various disciplines such as mechanical engineering and plastic production technology.
Qualifications
- Technical basic training and further education at FH level or equivalent (mechanical engineering)
- Proven professional experience in project management (PMP, IPMA) and product development of at least 3 years
- High level of teamwork, assertiveness, communication skills, resilience, and flexibility
- Innovative mindset and the ability to shape the project purposefully with your passion and methodological competence
- German and English spoken and written (at least level B2)
- Basics of stamping, bending, and forming technology
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA) is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (approx. 15%)
