ICT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
You analyse, plan and implement IT infrastructures in Windows environments - independently or together with experienced colleagues. In this versatile position, you manage customer infrastructures, diagnose and resolve faults, and advise customers remotely as well as on site. You contribute to ICT projects around M365, Windows Server, virtualisation, networking and security, lead them if necessary, and ensure stable operation through monitoring and troubleshooting. In doing so, you continuously optimise existing infrastructures, work in a structured manner with a high level of service commitment, and bring conceptual as well as analytical strength.
Responsibilities:
You analyse, plan and implement IT infrastructures in Windows environments - independently or in a team
You diagnose and resolve faults in customer infrastructures
You advise, support and accompany customers remotely and on site
You lead, coordinate and manage ICT projects (M365, Windows Server, virtualisation, networking, security) in a team
You ensure the operation of customer environments through monitoring and troubleshooting
In addition, you continuously optimise and develop existing infrastructures
Qualifications:
You have completed training in platform development (system technician)
You have professional experience in supporting (external) customer environments
You are confident in handling Microsoft environments as well as virtualisation technologies and have good networking knowledge
You are interested in cyber security or already have knowledge in this area
You work in a structured, careful and efficient manner, have a high service commitment and strong conceptual as well as analytical skills
You are a team player, communicative, work independently and precisely, hold a category B driving licence and are fluent in German as well as good in English
