Experienced Property Manager / Condominium Manager – 80% to 100%

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an experienced property manager / condominium manager to join our team in the canton of Neuchâtel.

Previous professional experience in property management in Switzerland is essential for this position.

Your responsibilities
Administrative, technical and financial management of a property portfolio
Management and monitoring of condominiums (PPE)
Regular contact with owners, co-owners, tenants, companies and suppliers
Preparation, organisation and chairing of co-owners’ meetings
Preparation and monitoring of budgets, statements and meeting decisions
Management of maintenance work, renovations, claims and technical interventions
Administrative and financial follow-up of properties and condominiums

Your profile
Proven experience within property management in Switzerland
Experience in managing rental properties and/or condominium administration
Good knowledge of tenancy law and the functioning of condominiums
Autonomous, organised and meticulous person
Comfortable leading meetings and assemblies
Excellent interpersonal skills and good writing abilities
Ability to manage several files simultaneously and take on responsibilities
Good command of common IT tools
