IT Specialist for Microsoft 365 Support (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an established company in the field of technical services and industrial solutions. The company supports its customers with a comprehensive range of services and places great value on quality, reliability and efficient processes. Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for IT issues at our locations in Switzerland and solve everyday problems directly on site
You handle support cases in a structured manner, including escalation if necessary and thorough documentation
In the user lifecycle, you coordinate and are responsible for onboardings and offboardings
You actively support users in using digital tools efficiently
In collaboration with internal teams and external partners, you act professionally and on an equal footing
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ or equivalent) with a focus on user and client support
Experience with Microsoft 365 services as well as modern workplace technologies in cloud-based environments
German at C2 level, French skills are an advantage
Tech stack: Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Teams telephony, Azure Active Directory, Intune
