Nursing Specialist

What to expect

• Work in clinical practice and ensure high-quality nursing in an interdisciplinary specialist area focusing on surgery, medicine, and orthopaedics
• Analyse complex patient situations and support/advise team members on nursing matters
• In collaboration with the nursing expert, co-responsible for maintaining and improving nursing quality and patient safety
• Collaboration in Shared Governance within a committed and dynamic team
• Electronic patient documentation in KISS by EPIC

What you bring

• Diploma in Nursing HF or Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH
• Preferably supplemented with a nursing-specific CAS/DAS/HFP, or currently in training/intending to complete this
• 2 years of professional experience desired
• Responsible, committed, and motivated personality with high professional and social skills
• Good communication skills
