A Cook
To complete our teams for the summer 2026 season, Thyon is looking for its "Catering" department:
Your tasks:
- Ensure the production of dishes (preparations, setups, plating, cooking, and sending) in strict compliance with the provided recipes;
- Apply HACCP, FIFO, forward flow, hygiene, and food safety rules;
- Contribute to the supply, FIFO storage, and logistics of the restaurant;
- Participate in washing kitchen equipment and other dishwashing tasks;
- Take part in waste disposal respecting selective sorting and operational processes;
- Participate in monthly inventories of products and kitchen equipment;
- Attend pre- and post-service briefings;
- Contribute to the development of dishes within your scope.
Your profile:
- Excellent presentation, exemplary behavior, and punctuality;
- Team spirit, good communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Dynamism, versatility, availability, and respect for hierarchy;
- Good knowledge of HACCP and FIFO rules;
- Ability to work in demanding conditions, including at altitude;
- Resistance to stress and challenging situations;
- Previous experience in a high-volume establishment or similar.
Start date: Summer season 2026 (from June to September)
