Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
As a property manager at our ROCKEN partner, you will independently manage a portfolio of condominium owners' associations. You will chair owners' meetings, coordinate maintenance work and renovations, and maintain personal contact with owners, delegates, and service providers. With your expertise and proactive care, you create the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the independent management of a portfolio of condominium owners' associations.
You organise and chair owners' meetings and record the results in minutes.
As a personal contact, you support owners, delegates, and service providers and ensure reliable communication.
You coordinate maintenance work and renovations in consultation with the parties involved.
Preparing budgets and ongoing correspondence are also part of your duties.
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss federal certificate as a property manager and have extensive experience in managing condominium ownership.
An independent and structured working style enables you to manage your portfolio responsibly.
With your strong service orientation and sense of responsibility, you address the concerns of the owners.
You enjoy direct contact with people and value building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
