Watch and Jewellery Advisor

A family-run watch and jewellery shop in Montreux is looking for an experienced watch and jewellery advisor with solid knowledge in watchmaking and jewellery.

Your duties:

- Welcoming, advising and selling to our customers

- Managing after-sales service and following up customer files

- Receiving and sending parcels

- Stocking and inventory management

- Setting up display windows

- Administrative tasks related to the shop's activity

- Contributing to the smooth daily running of the jewellery shop

Your profile:

- Proven experience in watchmaking and jewellery

- Very good watchmaking knowledge

- Fluent French and at least a good level of English

- Comfortable with IT tools and administrative tasks

- Excellent presentation and sense of service

- Organised, rigorous, versatile and trustworthy person
