CNC Mechanic Turning/Milling 3-5 Axes 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Turning with driven tools on modern CNC lathes

• Operating, setting up and programming 3-5 axis milling centres of the latest generation

• Independent work with state-of-the-art machines and equipment according to technical drawings

• Carrying out quality controls and initial sampling of the manufactured workpieces

• Optimising machining processes and CNC programmes to increase efficiency

• Tool management as well as selection and adjustment of suitable tools and clamping devices

• Maintenance and care of CNC machines to ensure operational readiness

• Documentation of manufacturing processes and work results

• Collaboration with production planning and quality assurance

• Error analysis and troubleshooting in the production process

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a CNC mechanic, polymechanic, production mechanic Professional experience in the CNC field min. 2 years experience with operation and programming of Heidenhain, Fanuc and MasterCam

• High quality awareness, strong willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges, teamwork skills, motivation, flexibility and reliability

• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
