What awaits you

• Creating periodic key figure reports, analysing and tracking regional targets as well as deriving measures
• Conducting the key figure process and interpreting special and ad-hoc evaluations on operational inventory and sales topics
• Collecting regional feedback and requirements, coordinating requests and ensuring the information flow of the sales region management team
• Identifying, managing and promoting regional specialist topics, ensuring high data quality and further developing reports and systems

What you bring

• Advanced commercial training including a degree in business administration
• Extensive expertise in the insurance and sales environment as well as very good knowledge of processes, systems and organisational procedures
• Solid knowledge of MicroStrategy, Heres (IML) and Excel, as well as a strong affinity for digital technologies and AI-supported working methods
• High communication skills and target group-oriented moderation and presentation abilities
• Goal-oriented, structured working technique with a high degree of initiative and implementation strength
