- Independent handling of customer orders from entry to delivery
- Creation of delivery notes, invoices, shipping and analysis documents
- Organisation and coordination of transports as well as selection of suitable freight forwarders
- Maintenance and updating of all master data (items, prices, customers) in the ERP system
- Independent creation and follow-up of supplier orders
- Monitoring of stock levels, triggering of reorders and support during inventories
- Interface management between technical, sales and logistics departments to ensure smooth handling of customer enquiries
- Processing of customer complaints and quality assurance of all administrative processes
- Support with import processes including customs clearance and transport coordination
- Creation and maintenance of quotations as well as correspondence with customers and suppliers
- Participation in marketing tasks, maintenance of the company website and coordination of advertising measures
- General administrative tasks and support of management
- Commercial training with experience in order processing, administration or logistics
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Very good language skills in DE + FR
- Independent, structured working style, high accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Proactive, communicative and team-oriented personality
