Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a Dispatcher Core Central, you ensure the efficient and timely deployment planning of ICT technicians. You ensure high utilisation, efficient travel routes, timely order execution, and reliable information flow.

Your tasks:

• Acceptance and review of prepared Clean Orders

• Allocation of orders according to skills, region, availability, priority, and SLA

• Economic daily, deployment, and route planning

• Appointment scheduling and coordination with customers

• Monitoring, prioritising, and follow-up of ongoing orders

• Rescheduling in case of absences, disruptions, or short-term changes

• Handling the dispatcher mailbox as well as prioritising and tracking open pending items

• Cross-regional coordination and taking over dispatch tasks during holidays, illness, or capacity bottlenecks

• Coordination with Order Handling, Workload Management, Project Coordination, and other dispatch areas

• Maintenance of order, appointment, and status information in WFM and mRIC

• Early reporting of bottlenecks, risks, and process issues

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in dispatch, deployment planning, or order control

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in high dynamics

• Clear and professional communication

• Confident handling of digital planning and order systems

• Experience with WFM and mRIC is an advantage

• Good German skills; additional national languages are an advantage

• Willingness for cross-regional collaboration and mutual deputising
