Role:
You want to not only design modern IT architectures but also actively accompany their implementation? In this key role, you combine strategic architectural thinking with technical engineering and ensure that infrastructure, security, and data platforms are built to be future-proof, performant, and efficient. You work closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders and actively shape technological development.
Responsibilities:
You continuously develop the IT architecture and evaluate new technologies for a modern and secure infrastructure.
You design powerful security and identity management solutions and optimise existing access and security concepts.
You implement new architectural components yourself and accompany their technical integration.
You work closely with system engineers, administrators, and technical partners and coordinate the implementation of infrastructure projects.
You design performant data architectures and optimise data flows for demanding applications.
You plan and accompany performance, load, and stability tests to ensure reliable system operation.
You analyse existing platforms, identify optimisation potentials, and drive technical modernisations forward.
You establish best practices and support the continuous development of infrastructure and architecture standards.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in IT architecture, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
You possess solid knowledge in IT security as well as identity and access management with solutions such as Microsoft Entra or Keycloak.
You bring experience with data architectures, databases, and data integration platforms like Apache Spark or Apache NiFi.
You are familiar with Git, version control, and modern development processes.
You have basic knowledge of Kubernetes, containerisation, and orchestration.
You are interested in future technologies such as artificial intelligence and their application in the infrastructure environment.
You work analytically, solution-oriented, and gladly take on technical responsibility.
You convince through team spirit, communication skills, and the ability to convey complex contexts understandably.
You speak fluent German.
