Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced Head of HVAC / Building Technology Service for the technical, personnel and economic management of a regional service area. Together with your team, you are responsible for the reliable maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and ensure high service quality as well as efficient order processing. In addition to operational day-to-day business, you continuously develop processes, digital service tools and the range of services. The position combines personnel management, HVAC expertise, customer management and entrepreneurial result responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Technical, personnel and organisational management of the HVAC service team
Technical and economic responsibility for the regional service area
Ensuring high service quality, system availability and customer satisfaction
Planning and coordination of maintenance, repair, fault and service deployments
Responsibility for deployment planning, resource control and capacity management
Control and monitoring of budget, costs, productivity and service metrics
Support with calculations, quotations, service contracts and technical customer consultations
Technical support for complex issues related to HVAC, hydraulics and control technology
Further development and optimisation of service processes and maintenance concepts
Introduction and further development of ERP, mobile service and digital reporting solutions
Technical development and training of service technicians
Close cooperation with project management, sales, customer service and executive management
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning or building technology
Further training as certified technician HF building technology, federally certified master, FH engineer or comparable qualification advantageous
Several years of professional experience in HVAC service business as well as proven leadership experience
Sound knowledge in system operation, hydraulics, control technology and energy efficiency
Experience in budgeting, calculation, resource planning and economic service management
Confident handling of ERP systems, MS Office and mobile service tools
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
