IT Administrator (m/f/d)

- You are the first point of contact for employees and ensure high-quality IT first-level support via telephone, remote access, and on-site
- In this role, you analyse technical problems, develop solution concepts, and implement them independently or with external partners
- As an IT support administrator, you install, configure, and maintain hardware (IT and clinical devices) and support various locations
- You manage industry-specific software and hardware
- In this role, you are responsible for procuring hardware and software, including quality checks
- As an IT support administrator, you provide technical assistance with back-office tasks, e.g. automating data processing, and contribute to projects such as clinic acquisitions or new software implementations
Qualifications:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist and/or ideally hold a further qualification in the IT field
- You have a high standard of quality and a strong service orientation
- You have solid experience in support (receiving and resolving faults) as well as client management, operating systems (Microsoft Windows), MS Office, and ideally Windows Server; experience with ERP, CRM, and telephony solutions rounds off your profile
- Ideally, you already have experience in ophthalmology or healthcare
- You are characterised by analytical thinking, a structured working style, as well as coordination and communication skills, and are used to working independently and sustainably
- You are a team-oriented and motivated individual and communicate confidently in German; English is an advantage
