Employee / Operator Control Room (New Building Oensingen)

Are you ready for an exciting role in a new, modern logistics environment? We are looking for you for our new building in Oensingen, where you will take responsibility for the operational control room and ensure the smooth running of processes.

Your tasks

• Control and monitoring of the system as well as early detection and resolution of faults
• Routing and triggering of orders, prioritisation of fault rectification
• Coordination and guidance of the team in the operational control room
• Creation of reports and continuous optimisation of system processes
• Close collaboration with technical teams as well as production and capacity planning
• Support in the implementation of new tools and processes

Your profile

• Completed training in production or logistics
• Experience in control room operations and knowledge of SAP
• Leadership experience and decisiveness
• Confident use of MS Office and very good German language skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
