Your Tasks
- You lead a committed team of medical secretaries across several locations
- You stay close to the operational day-to-day and support your team as needed in daily business
- You plan personnel deployment proactively and ensure smooth processes (including with PEP)
- You actively contribute to projects, process optimisations and further developments in close cooperation with the supervisor
- You work closely with medical and psychological professionals, team leaders of medical secretariats as well as other secretariat teams
- You promote open communication and efficient collaboration
Your Profile
- Commercial training or several years of experience in a comparable administrative role
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in supporting and developing employees
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Resilience and a professional approach to sensitive issues in the context of children and adolescents
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, ideally KISIM, SAP, PEP etc.)
