Your Tasks
- With your friendly, helpful manner, you are the first point of contact for our customers on the phone.
- You receive orders as well as enquiries about insulation and sealing materials and other accessories and process them independently.
- You take on all sales-related as well as general administrative tasks and ensure a smooth process.
- In the case of complaints and billing questions, you find solution-oriented answers and reliably maintain master data.
- You work closely with your future team, the field service and technical support.
Your Profile
- You have a commercial education or bring experience in a comparable role.
- German (Swiss German) is your mother tongue.
- You are communicative, service-oriented and enjoy working in a team.
- Using modern IT systems is a matter of course for you; good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally the ERP system Comarch are advantageous.
- A basic technical training in construction or experience in the construction supply industry is an additional plus.
