YOUR TASKS
- As a HF nursing specialist, you are responsible for the care and support of patients from hospital admission to discharge
- You manage the entire nursing process from collecting patient data through organising and performing nursing and medical-technical tasks to documenting and reviewing the results
- As a nursing specialist, you are the central point of contact for patients, relatives and the interdisciplinary team
- With your commitment, you take on supportive, advisory, coordinating and analytical functions
- Appreciation, empathy and professionalism accompany the varied daily routine in nursing

- Completed apprenticeship as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Initiative and willingness to perform
- Communication and relationship skills as well as teamwork
- Sense of responsibility and perception skills
- Physical and mental resilience
