Are you a holder of a specialised HES educator diploma or a qualification deemed equivalent?

Do you have proven experience with young adults in social rupture and experience in social integration?

Do you hold a valid category B driving licence?

Do you have a strong ability to create a privileged bond with interlocutors as well as good emotional resilience?

Are you creative, solution-oriented and possess an excellent capacity to adapt?

DEMARCHE is looking for the Coaching Ado programme based in Nyon, a

Your missions

You promote a climate of regained self-confidence, motivation, and development of personal, social and professional skills to enable the social integration and professional orientation of young beneficiaries from dysfunctional family environments, presenting psychological disorders and behavioural problems.

• Welcome, support and ensure continuity in the follow-up of young people.
• Plan tasks and monitor the progress of activities.
• Identify potential capacities and obstacles.
• Provide support in complex and crisis situations.
• Accompany young people in defining and achieving objectives, regularly assessing their progress.
• Propose and lead diverse activities.
• Conduct and manage motivational interviews regularly.
• Support young people in the preparation and joint realisation of a weekly meal.
• Manage the administrative files of young people and inform the network and families of developments.
• Supervise the weekly collection of bulky items in collaboration with a stable.
• Represent and ensure the smooth running of the programme.
