About the job
Perceval is a private foundation recognised as being of public utility, committed to supporting people with disabilities (children, adolescents and adults) by providing schooling, training, work, care and living spaces. It supports the development of their autonomy, freedom and well-being, within an adapted and secure environment, thanks to qualified, responsible and caring staff.
Do you believe everyone has talents to reveal? So do we.
At Perceval, support means moving alongside. Not ahead, not instead. Our adult residents build their life paths: finding their place, creating connections, gaining autonomy, feeling at home. Your role? To be the trusted person who makes this journey possible and makes it more beautiful.
Your daily tasks, concretely
- Create connections: build a relationship of trust and respect with each resident, day after day.
- Reveal strengths: value the skills and social roles of the people cared for, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
- Build projects that reflect them: develop and follow individualised projects with the beneficiaries and the team.
- Work collectively: collaborate interdisciplinarily with our internal and external partners.
- Bring the house to life: actively participate in delegations and institutional life.
You are the person we are looking for if…
- you hold a social educator diploma ES/HES, a CFC as a socio-educational assistant, or an equivalent qualification;
- you have already supported people with disabilities;
- you are interested in supporting people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or psychological issues, and have developed skills in this area;
- you know how to work independently while fostering teamwork;
- you are described as dynamic, creative, flexible and possessing a true sense of interpersonal skills;
- administrative tasks related to the role do not intimidate you;
- you hold a driving licence (essential).
What Perceval offers you in return
- A solid framework: working conditions according to the Social Vaud CCT.
- Committed colleagues: experienced multidisciplinary teams with whom it is pleasant to collaborate.
- Opportunities to grow: a varied offer of continuing education to support your development.
- Meaning: an institution committed to children, adolescents and adults with disabilities.
- Care for you too: wellness services intended for our employees.
- A unique place: a pleasant working environment in a setting unlike any other.
