CNC Programmer / CAM Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 89,000Our client is a successful Swiss technology company with a global orientation. Responsibilities:
Programming of CNC new and series parts (turning & milling)
Optimisation of existing CNC programmes for higher efficiency
Tool management: ensuring selection, use & availability
Initiating improvement projects & implementing them as project management
Support in production as needed (hands-on)
Qualifications:
Technical training (e.g. polymechanic) or similar profession
CNC experience in turning and milling
CAM programming, ideally with Mastercam
Knowledge of Lean methods (e.g. 5S, KVP)
Team player, communicative, confident in German (spoken & written)
