Your field of activity

• Together with the interprofessional clinic team, you treat the entire spectrum of orthopaedic and trauma surgery patients - from elective procedures to the care of complex emergencies - and take responsibility in the inpatient area, in the operating theatre and in the emergency department
• You actively shape your professional development, run your own consultation hours and have the opportunity to build and further develop a personal professional focus within the broad range of services of the clinic
• You contribute your expertise to cross-site collaboration, engage in specialist projects and actively participate in the further development of our treatment pathways, quality standards and clinical processes
• You are involved in the training and education of assistant doctors as well as in student teaching and at the same time have the opportunity to actively participate in clinical studies, registry work and your own scientific projects

Your experience

• You hold the specialist title in Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System and already have experience as a senior physician or in a corresponding deputy role in a basic and standard care hospital
• You convince with a reliable, committed and responsible way of working and appreciate working in a collegial, interprofessional and cross-site environment
• You act independently, reliably and solution-oriented, communicate on an equal footing and keep an overview, the necessary calm and the big picture even in demanding situations
• You want to actively help shape the future of the Clinic for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery, contribute your own ideas and engage with enthusiasm in specialist projects and the continuous development of our clinic
