What to expect

• As deputy to the Head of Operations and Maintenance, you take responsibility in day-to-day business and support operational and organisational matters.
• You ensure the safe, economical and legally compliant operation of the plant portfolio and continuously develop the fault management.
• You plan, control and are responsible for maintenance, servicing and optimisation measures.
• You coordinate and monitor external service providers professionally with regard to quality, performance and deadlines.
• You analyse faults and operational key figures and derive sustainable technical and economic improvements.
• You contribute your expertise for a large and diverse plant portfolio during commissioning of new plants and in periodic on-call service.

What you bring

• Completed training in HVAC, ideally supplemented by further education at HF/TS level in building technology.
• Several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems as well as in building automation.
• Sound expertise in hydraulics as well as in control, measurement and regulation technology.
• You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations.
• Initiative, a sense of responsibility and assertiveness characterise you; leadership experience is an advantage.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as confident handling of MS Office; experience with GLS or comparable systems is an advantage.
