You keep an overview even with complex calculations and thus contribute to the financial stability of our clients? Then you are right with us.
What you achieve
- As a specialist, you ensure that our benefit recipients receive their daily cash benefits correctly.
- You check the completeness of the documents, assess the entitlement to daily cash benefits and determine the insured earnings.
- You prepare complex daily cash benefit calculations and coordinate accident daily cash benefits with the benefits of other social insurances.
- You handle demanding daily cash benefit corrections and prepare recoveries.
- You contribute your expertise to the further development of processes and systems and actively shape the automation of case processing.
What you bring
- You have completed a commercial basic education as well as experience in the social insurance environment. Knowledge in the daily cash benefit area and/or further training as a social insurance specialist (SVS) is a plus.
- You have a good understanding of numbers, think analytically and networked, and enjoy dealing with complex questions.
- You are open to new things, interested in digital and technical topics, and like to get involved in changes. You confidently use modern work tools.
- You work efficiently and precisely, take responsibility and act independently.
- Clients are at the centre for you. You communicate convincingly in writing and orally, work service-oriented and like to share your knowledge within the team. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
