What is my role?

• Carrying out value-preserving and value-enhancing measures on properties, their infrastructures and operational facilities within a small team

• Main responsibility for the maintenance of electrical systems

• Troubleshooting faults and independently and cost-effectively resolving them

• Planning and budgeting for replacement purchases, including obtaining and comparing offers

• Coordination and supervision of external service providers

• Carrying out general maintenance work as well as minor relocation tasks

• Participation in on-call duty according to the deployment plan

• Representation in school transport in case of staff shortages

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an electrical installer

• Further training as a maintenance specialist desirable

• High service and customer orientation

• Flexibility, commitment and motivation

• Good Office 365 skills, experience with FM software

• Driving licence category B
