Your Tasks
- Telephone advice to customers worldwide
- Answering questions about account relationships, invoices, payments, card availability and the application process
Support with onboarding as well as all e-services - Acquiring sound knowledge of products, processes and services
- Support in emergencies such as card loss or fraud cases
Your Profile
- Very good spoken German and French skills; good Italian or English skills are an advantage
- Quick comprehension, solution-oriented thinking and independent working
- High personal responsibility, quality awareness and reliability
Knowledge of digital banking products desirable - Communicative personality with a pleasant voice and empathy
- Language-skilled career changers are also welcome
