Power Platform & Azure Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 125,000Role:
As a Power Platform & Azure Engineer, you design customer solutions from the initial requirement to stable operation. You work agilely, deliver early visible interim results, and take on technical, professional, or mixed responsibility depending on the project. You consistently utilise the standard functions of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform and resort to Azure services where they make the decisive difference. Quality, security, and clean application lifecycle management are not additional topics for you but part of every solution – as is direct exchange with customers, from which you form clear, actionable work packages.
Responsibilities:
You implement customer projects according to agile principles and discuss interim results early
You take on technical and/or professional responsibility – aligned with the project and your profile
You accompany solutions end-to-end: capturing requirements, designing, implementing, deploying, operating, and further developing
You develop on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform and complement selectively with Azure services where it makes professional and economic sense
Additionally, you ensure quality, security, and traceable lifecycle management together with the team
Qualifications:
You are strong in at least two areas: Power Platform Core (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Solutions, Security Roles) or Dynamics 365 (standard functions, process mapping, modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
Ideally, you have pro-code knowledge around D365/Dataverse (C#/.NET plugins, custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript)
You are familiar with Azure integrations and services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Application Insights) as well as API connection, monitoring, and robust error handling
You bring experience in DevOps/ALM (Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, environment strategies, controlled releases, ideally IaC) or in portal development (Power Pages, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
You appreciate direct customer contact and translate requirements into clear work packages
You work pragmatically yet cleanly, consider operation and maintenance from the start, and communicate fluently in German as well as confidently in English
