We are looking for the culture and communication department
A Cultural Administration and Artists' Office Officer at 60%
Under the direction of the head of the culture and communication service and the culture delegate responsible for audience development, you will ensure the administrative management of municipal support in the field of arts and culture, as well as the monitoring of dedicated assets and spaces. You will also run an information, advice, and support space aimed at promoting local artists and cultural structures in the area.
Your mission
- Manage the process and administration of various grants to cultural actors as well as creation aids
- Identify and strengthen the inter-municipal cultural network to encourage complementarity and the circulation of works and artists
- Provide administrative, informational, and advisory support to cultural actors and artistic associations (Artists' Office)
- Manage cultural venues as well as various allocations or residencies
- Inventory, promote, and manage municipal cultural assets
- Ensure the management and follow-up of files entrusted by the hierarchy, notably projects supported by the ACG Inter-municipal Fund

Your profile
- Commercial professional maturity or equivalent training
- Proven professional experience in the Geneva cultural sector
- Essential knowledge of the cultural network and local artistic context
- Proficiency in common office software
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Initiative and sense of priorities
- Good interpersonal skills
