Operational Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss company with its own production and a strong focus on quality, innovation and high-quality products. The company operates in a demanding industrial environment and offers a modern, long-term oriented working environment.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate orders based on SAP planning data and internal requirements.
You manage suppliers regarding prices and delivery dates.
You independently handle contract management and related documentation.
In SAP, you maintain relevant material and supplier master data.
You take care of insurances, vehicle matters and other administrative areas.
You actively participate in internal procurement projects.
You maintain contact with suppliers for the processing of international orders.
You coordinate the courier service as well as selected tasks of building management.
Qualifications:
A commercial or business administration apprenticeship forms your foundation.
Professional experience in purchasing, ideally from an industrial environment, is present.
Further training in procurement is an advantage.
You work confidently with SAP MM/FI and MS Office.
You work in a structured and independent manner and keep an overview even with a higher workload.
Analytical thinking and reliable teamwork characterise you.
You have a confident command of German and good professional-level English.
French language skills complement your linguistic profile.
