Our client is a growing IT service provider operating modern cloud and on-premises infrastructures for SMEs. We are looking for a Junior System Engineer who will contribute with commitment and technical curiosity to an experienced team.
Your tasks
- Monitoring and maintaining customer systems using RMM tools (e.g. NinjaOne)
- Proactive response to alerts as well as performing planned maintenance work
- 1st and 2nd level support remotely and on site (Microsoft 365, network, Sophos)
- Setting up and managing workstations, clients and user accounts
- Participation in smaller IT projects or partial tasks in customer projects
Our requirements
- Completed IT training (e.g. as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT professional)
- Initial professional experience (approx. 1 year), ideally in a service company
- Basic knowledge of working with Windows systems, Microsoft 365, AD and networks
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
