For the months of February and March, we offer you an interesting temporary position as a Surgical Technical Assistant (OTA) in a reputable private clinic in Eastern Switzerland. In a state-of-the-art operating theatre, you will take on demanding tasks and benefit from an innovative working environment as well as the option of accommodation in the staff room. Your Tasks
- Precise and professional preparation as well as the safe handling of medical instruments and devices are among your central duties to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- You support the treating medical team with high expertise and commitment during various interventions in diverse medical specialities.
- Through your proactive and forward-looking working style, you ensure a structured and efficient execution of all necessary steps before and after surgical procedures.
Our Requirements
- A completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH with a focus on the operating area, as a specialist in surgical technology HF/FH, or a comparable, officially recognised qualification forms the basis for this responsible position.
- Your comprehensive expertise and your quick learning ability in dealing with new operating techniques and changing working conditions ensure first-class care quality in the operating theatre.
- Team-oriented collaboration is particularly important to you, whereby your commitment and appreciative attitude significantly contribute to a positive and supportive working atmosphere in the operating team.
