To strengthen our internationally active HR team at the headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented individual with a strong focus on recruitment and enthusiasm for operational HR work in a multilingual environment (DE/FR) on a fixed-term basis until the end of 2026.
YOUR TASKS
- Independent recruitment of sales, internal service, and service technician positions
– German-speaking for the locations Pfäffikon SZ and Münsingen BE,
– French-speaking for the location Bulle FR - Responsibility for the entire recruiting process in the defined area:
from attraction & job posting through interviews & selection to contract creation - Close collaboration with managers and internal stakeholders
- Support of the Head of HR Switzerland & Western Europe in operational HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (DE/FR)
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proactive, flexible, and resilient personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Several years of experience (approx. 3–4 years) in recruitment, in a multilingual environment (DE/FR)
- Completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification
- Solid HR practice throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with HRIS systems (ideally rexx)
- Fluent German, business fluent French (mandatory), English an advantage
- Strong intercultural communication skills, high service orientation, and confident stakeholder management
