LANDSCAPE TEAM LEADERS – CREATION SECTOR

YOUR EXPERTISE DESERVES BEAUTIFUL PROJECTS.

Germa Paysages is recruiting team leaders in creation at Etoy.

A site to transform. A swimming pool to integrate into a garden. A terrace, walls, plantings… then the pleasure of stepping back and saying: "This is our team that made this."

If this is what makes you love your job, we have projects to build together.

Join our Etoy team and take part in the creation of gardens, swimming pools, terraces, pergolas and bespoke landscaping on La Côte and in the Lausanne region. Projects where your practical sense, ideas and quality of finishes will make the difference.

Already a team leader? Take your place with us.
Do you enjoy organising, anticipating, passing on knowledge and advancing a project? We are looking for people able to take responsibility, with autonomy and the support of our site managers.

You have the experience but not yet the title? Let’s talk.
You master landscape creation, your colleagues can rely on you and you want to lead a team? We are interested in your application. Your next project could also be a new step in your career.

By joining us, you will find:

• The variety of the profession, with projects combining construction, plants and relaxation areas.

• A concrete role on site, to create, organise and see the results of your work.

• The opportunity to pass on knowledge, to help your team progress and to develop yourself.

• A place in a growing Romandy company, with new projects to realise.

What matters to us: solid experience in creation, attention to detail, reliability and team spirit. A landscaper’s federal certificate (CFC) or equivalent training is appreciated.

Driving licence B required; trailer licence BE is a real plus.

Position based in Etoy (VD).

Want to get to know us? Send us your CV or simply a message with your experience and your aspirations. Some photos of your work? We would be delighted to see them.

Let’s create beautiful gardens. And the next step in your career.
