We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a technically skilled, sales- and negotiation-strong personality as a technical clerk in order processing. In this versatile hub role, you will take responsibility for smooth order processing and actively support sales and customer service.

Technical Clerk Order Processing 100% (m/f/d) for Technical Materials and Industrial Products
Your varied responsibilities include:- Independent processing and monitoring of customer orders
- Preparation of quotations, order confirmations, and other order-relevant documents
- Entry and processing of orders and purchases in the ERP system
- Deadline monitoring and ensuring timely order processing
- Ongoing communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Maintenance and management of customer, article, and order data in the ERP system
- Support in price negotiations and technical customer advice
- Preparation of commission statements and administrative evaluations
- Participation in the optimisation of processes and workflows
- Completed commercial training, ideally with technical further education (e.g. Technical Salesperson) or comparable professional experience
- Initial professional experience in order processing, internal sales, or a comparable function
- Strong technical understanding, preferably in an industrial or metalworking environment
- Negotiation skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers and suppliers
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good English skills; French skills are an advantage
- Confident use of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
- Independent, structured, and precise working style
