Your Tasks
- You coordinate and plan service and workshop appointments
- You personally and telephonically support customers
- You advise on repairs, service work and technical concerns
- You create orders, cost estimates and invoices
- You ensure a smooth process between customers and workshop
- You assist with technical queries and find suitable solutions
- You help to plan workshop utilisation optimally
Your Profile
- Training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or automotive specialist EFZ
- Experience in customer service or service advising
- You feel comfortable in customer contact and present yourself professionally
- Structured, reliable and punctual working style
- Driving licence category B
Good knowledge of German - French or English skills are a plus
