Head of Export & Supply Chain Management 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 115,000Our client is a successful Swiss IT company with an international focus. Responsibilities:
Leadership and further development of a team in the areas of export, logistics and supply chain management
Overall responsibility for planning, control and continuous improvement of supply chain processes
Optimisation of international export processing, scheduling as well as warehousing and shipping processes
Ensuring efficient operations along the entire value chain from procurement to delivery
Further development and support of digital solutions such as ERP systems and inventory management systems
Coordination of collaboration with internal departments as well as external suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners
Conducting discussions with partners and supporting negotiations on delivery terms and services
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, ideally related to industry, export or logistics
Further training in supply chain management, operations management or logistics
Several years of experience in export, logistics or international supply chain management
Experience in leading and developing employees is an advantage
Confident handling of ERP systems and strong digital affinity
Structured, entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on mentality and strong decision-making ability
Very good German and good English skills
